1. Immerse

Your story-telling should be authentically you so to kick off, I’ll immerse myself into what you do and how you do it. Whether it be customer service, product design or workplace culture, understanding your operations will uncover the actual client or customer experience, which I can then weave into your campaign strategy to foster brand loyalty.

2. Analyse

Next up, I analyse what has and hasn’t been working for you. This will help me create a strategy for the types of content marketing that will be best suited to your sales targets, and the messaging itself. I’ll pretty much wear this analytical hat throughout, using software insights and feedback loops from your team to test, learn, repeat and grow your campaigns.

3. Engage

Capturing attention in a crowded market is tough, but that’s where my expertise sings. Now that I understand what you do, how you do it, I’ll hunt out the stories that make you unique and turn heads. These remarkable points of difference, woven in amongst your standard offering comms, will form the social currency to make you stand out.

About me

A lover of storytelling and design I’ve always been a creative thinker.

My career in marketing started back in 2012 in London. Since then, I’ve worked for hotels, consultancies, fashion brands, and yoga retreats to market everything from software to spa-days.

Nowadays I’m based in Cornwall, and in my spare time I enjoy exploring the world, surfing waves, painting and pilates.

Where I’ve worked:

  • Devised and oversaw the execution of the 2023 marketing strategy for a large luxury hotel.

    • Created a marketing operating rhythm from scratch, training the department on new processes and streamlining communications to stakeholders, positively challenging the boardroom in order to get backing for changes.

    • Managed 4 full-time marketing employees and 2 external agencies.

    • Successfully interviewed and processed 3 new hires.

    • Redefined the website UX, increasing conversions on paid media spend by 7%.

    • Re-branded e-newsletters increasing engagements by 12%.

    • Oversaw the design and implementation of all on-site print collateral.

    • Created monthly board reports, setting KPIs and analysing campaign performance, as well as creating the annual budget to monitor spend.

  • Varied role managing FMCG marketing campaigns for a Fortune 500 consultancy.

    • Global campaign lead working with 18 different markets to identify localised marketing strategies to build brand awareness and generate new leads.

    • E2E events lead working with numerous internal partners to project manage all CG&S events (virtual and in person).

    • Wrote and campaigned internal communications to 20,000+ global colleagues.

  • Self-managed role executing the marketing strategy for an innovation agency.

    • Created a digital innovation magazine building a membership of 3,800 regular readers, 25,000+ views on the site and 12 new business enquiries.
